The Spiritual Outreach Division
This Division coordinates, facilitates and channels the sponsorship of Spiritual Outreach Initiatives in those areas we target for service, and also provides structure and step by step instructions of HOW TO DO IT and be cost effective. For example: By providing bibles where such a blessing is prohibited or not available.
Introduction
“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10
There is always a special sense of excitement for those who participate in and support a specific Spiritual Outreach Initiative in the challenging, closed countries of the world.
No distance, lack of resources, or threat of imprisonment can keep eager, HNE sponsored native lay missionaries from sharing the love of God through the bible in those religiously restricted countries of the world. A number of Native Lay Missionaries have spent several weeks in prison at a time within the challenging communist countries of the world for standing up for Jesus, yet their calling to share Jesus and knowing that they are supported by HNE International partners like you keeps them going full of courage.
Some of those specific initiatives where you could make a difference are:
- Establish a Home-Church congregation in communist Cuba.
- Provide much needed paper to print spiritual tracts and bible study lessons in the last communist country of the western hemisphere: Cuba.
- The airlifting of balloons to North Korea that transport pieces of plastic bibles, local currency, medicine, and light food to the most religiously restricted country of the world: North Korea.
- Provide Transportation to non-denominational Christian missionaries in the former areas of war and conflict in the communist country of Vietnam.
- Provide underground technology support to a number of underground schools of religious training – Very important in a country where most Christian leaders do not have formal training.
- Support the Bathroom Christian Church Initiative – The building of a toilet and a shower in restricted areas, that can later become a center of spiritual influence in the communist country of Laos.
You would be surprised to know how much of a difference your ongoing financial support could make in the lives of those hopeless people where HOPE is nothing more than a word from the dictionary.
